Anchor 1
Lane Gregory Thomas is the son of Ritchie and Tosha Thomas of Philippi.  He is the grandson of Greg and Sheila Sipe of Belington, RG and Vicki Thomas of Philippi, and the great grandson of Eugene and Doreen Righman of Philippi.  Lane is 4 years old and is attending Pre-K at Junior Elementary School.  Lane's favorite color is red and favorite food is chicken nuggets.  His favorite song is "Shivers" by Ed Sheerhan and he loves to dance.  Lane enjoys being outside, looking for deer, riding his four-wheeler, buggy rides, mini golf, going to the beach, and playing with his friends.  Lane also likes watching the rodeo and GNCC racing.  His favorite GNCC atv racer is Walker Fowler.  When Lane grows up, he says he wants to be a professional GNCC racer. Lanes's favorite part of the Barbour County Fair is riding the rides and he is looking forward to a fun fair week.

Malina Kathryn McLean is 5 years old and is in kindergarten. She is the daughter of Chet and Betty McLean of Belington. Her grandparents are Junior and Kathy McLean of Belington and Kate and Tom Harward also of Belington. Malina’s favorite color is pink and her favorite food is Japanese noodles. She loves swimming, listening to music and playing soccer. Malina would like to grow up and be a princess.

Greylan Sandy is the son of James and Carolyn Sandy. He is four years old, and will attend Junior Elementary in the fall. Greylan is the youngest boy of six children, but his favorite siblings, he says, are Colin and Emma. He is an uncle to 3 nieces and one nephew. When Greylan isn’t arguing with his
siblings, he spends his days perfecting his jumps and tricks on his balance bike. Greylan’s favorite things are motorbikes, working on his Dad’s tractor, playing hide and seek and building massive structures with legos. Greylan wants to be a fighter fighter or policeman when he grows up.

Karli Fay Plum is the 5 year old daughter of Larry and Heather Plum of Tacy. She is the granddaughter of Donald Plum of Belington, Dave and Christina Loudin of Ireland WV and RG and Vickie Thomas of Philippi. She is the great granddaughter of Janice Stalnaker of Tacy and Eugene and Dorine Righman of Philippi. She has 1 older brother Rylynn Plum. Karli attends pre-school at Kasson. Her favorite color is pink and her favorite food is Oreo ice cream. Karli enjoys horse back riding, playing soccer, swimming, riding her 4-wheeler and playing outside. When Karli grows up she wants to be a doctor.

Aleczander Gabriel Skidmore is the 5-year-old son of Christina and the late Ron Skidmore of Philippi. He attends Kindergarten at Philippi Elementary School. He participates in Barbour County Youth Soccer and plays T-Ball with Barbour County Youth Baseball. He is a student at Bridgeport
ATA Academy where is studying Taekwondo. Aleczander has two big brothers, Gabriel and Jesse, that he looks up to. When Aleczander grows up, he wants to be just like his Daddy and big brother and become a fire fighter.



Joshlyn Freeman is the 5 year old daughter of Josh and Dawn Freeman of the Arden community. Her grandparents are Mary Jane Runner and Ernest Freeman, John Bowers, and Russell and Roxanne Keener. Joshlyn’s favorite colors pink and purple and her favorite food is pizza. Joshlyn
enjoys being outside, playing with her brother Johnathan, as well as dolls and makeup. She wants to be a mom when she grows up.

Jamison Harper, age 5 of Philippi, is the son of Dylan Harper and Alexis Hamrick of North Philippi. Jamison enjoys playing outside, playing Xbox, and playing on the farm. His favorite food is Ramen Noodles. He loves spending time with his family and Mimi. Jamison’s favorite color is green
and he wants to be a fireman when he grows up.
